- Uploaded Image Storage: Images uploaded through our upload feature are hosted and processed by a third-party AI infrastructure and file-hosting provider. These uploaded files are configured to expire and be permanently deleted from the provider's storage 30 days after upload. This period does not necessarily apply to generated outputs, account records, billing records, security logs, backups, or information we must retain by law.
- File Accessibility: Uploaded image URLs may be publicly accessible to anyone who has the URL until the file expires. Do not upload confidential or sensitive material unless you accept this risk.
4. Intellectual Property
- Our Content: The Services are owned by Qwen Image or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
- Generated Content: Images generated using the Services may be used for personal or commercial purposes, provided they comply with these Terms.
